Preview Not Available.
Cause:
When a file is saved from any Office 95 application, the preview of the file is not automatically saved. This is by default.
Solution:
Select the 'Save Preview Picture' check box in the file Properties dialog box.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open'.
2) When the document appears on screen, select the 'File' menu and select 'Properties'.
3) Click the 'Summary' tab.
4) Select the 'Save Preview Picture' check box.
5) Click 'OK'.
